This peer-reviewed study examines the efficacy and tolerability of compounded bioidentical hormone replacement therapy in women experiencing menopausal symptoms. Participants reported significant reductions in symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, vaginal dryness, foggy thinking, and mood swings after beginning compounded BHRT. The study also compares reported symptom relief and side effects with previously used commercially available hormone products.
